    Pedagogical proposal for developing soft skills in psychology students at a private university in Lima

    The main objective of this study is to contribute to the development of soft skills in psychology students at a private university in Lima through a pedagogical proposal based on active learning methodologies. The approach of the study is qualitative based on hermeneutic theory and action research of basic, applied and longitudinal design. The population consisted of 20 students of the eighth cycle of a private university of Lima in Ate. Observation, interview and documentary analysis were used as techniques. The interpretation of the findings showed that students develop some soft skills that are encouraged by teachers through active methodological strategies; however, there is no evidence that there is an association of the skills developed with the necessary skills required to perform effectively in the workplace.Campus At

    Connectivity and management of technological supplies in educational institutions during COVID 19

    A documentary review was carried out on the production and publication of research papers related to the study of the variable Connectivity and Management of Technological Supplies in Educational Institutions during Covid-19 in Latin America. The purpose of the bibliometric analysis proposed in this document is to know the main characteristics of the volume of publications registered in Scopus database during theperiod between 2020 and the first semester of 2021 in Latin American countries, achieving the identification of 32 publications in total. The information provided by this platform was organized by means of graphs and figures, categorizing the information by Year of Publication, Country of Origin, Area of Knowledge and Type of Publication. Once these characteristics were described, the position of different authors regarding the proposed topic was referenced by means of a qualitative analysis. Among the main findings of this research, it is found that Mexico, with 10 publications, is the Latin American country with the highest production. The area of knowledge that made the greatest contribution to the construction of bibliographic material related to the study of Connectivity and Supply Management was Social Sciences with 19 published documents, and the type of publication that was mostused during the period mentioned above was the journal article, which represents 66% of the total scientific production.Campus At

    Pedagog铆as disruptivas en Latinoam茅rica

    La revoluci贸n tecnol贸gica apertura problemas y posibilidades que se extienden al 谩mbito educativo. Ello, sumado a la emergencia sanitaria, provoca el cuestionamiento del aparataje epistemol贸gico que sirve de soporte a la educaci贸n en Latinoam茅rica. As铆, el presente estudio se vale de una revisi贸n sistem谩tica que analiza 28 documentos generados en los 煤ltimos a帽os para establecer un panorama general y cr铆tico sobre el estado del arte de las pedagog铆as disruptivas en Latinoam茅rica. Adicionalmente, la investigaci贸n encontr贸 que la mayor铆a de autores concuerda con la necesidad de reflexionar sobre la disrupci贸n tecnol贸gica en el 谩mbito educativo; sin embargo, las diversas dificultades institucionales y personales impiden que haya una discusi贸n y aplicaci贸n seria en Am茅rica latina. Por ello, se concluy贸 que las pedagog铆as disruptivas son necesarias a la hora de fundamentar los presupuestos metodol贸gicos que gu铆en la inserci贸n y procedimientos de los EVA, m谩s a煤n en esta regi贸n del mundo.Campus At
